The original "Does It Make Sense?" was created in 1986 for Design Quarterly #133, a publication of the Walker Art Center and MIT Press. Designer April Greiman was invited to design and edit the issue. The result was an iconic moment in graphic design and a work that explored the use of Apple's Macintosh computer as a design tool. Produced entirely with MacDraw, "Does It Make Sense?" layered pixelated imagery, illustrative assets, and words, into a two-sided fold-out issue. The original work was delivered on paper (2D), with Z space implied. Now, in collaboration with Isovists.org, Does It Make Sense? can be viewed spatially, in X | Y | and Z space and with sound. Using AR technology, implied space becomes actual space using a smartphone or tablet. alt<DQ, Does It Make Sense? includes a QR link to download the free app. Designed by April Greiman Published in 2024 Accordion double-sided fold-out poster, with augumented reality capabililty. Comes housed in #14 envelope (5 × 11.5 inches); unfolded, 37.3 × 10.875 inches; full color
