Published on the occasion of Ed Atkins’ Us Dead Talk Love show at the Chisenhale Gallery, London in 2015, this special issue of 2HB #15 (the art journal for experimental writing) documents the extended script for the exhibitions main piece: a 37-minute video work documenting a hyperreal conversation between two cadavers. Opening with the line, “I wanted to ask you whether you thought that finding an eyelash under your foreskin was significant?” the work – and resulting script – was described by Atkins as “tragedy of love, intimacy, incoherence and eyelashes”
