The publication presents the collection of photographic and propaganda books by Iranian-born, Paris-based artist Hannah Darabi. The collection is focused within the years 1979-1983 - years that freedom of speech prevailed following the Shah’s regime and the beginning of Islamic government. The book is an exploration of an intense artistic and cultural period in Iranian history through rare printed matter. Accompanied by a critical essay by Chowra Marakemi.
