Europan 4

This catalogue celebrates the occasion of the fourth Europan competition for young architects to document Europan, the joint venture of 13 European countries that has offered young talented architects a venue for realizing their constructions. The theme of Europan 4 is �Constructing the Town Upon Town,� focusing in part upon the transformation of the urban periphery in contemporary European cities.
