TYPEONE: Issue 03 cover

TYPEONE: Issue 03

by

Exploring the bold and bright worlds of graffiti and mural design, the third issue of TYPEONE spotlights the themes of community and connections. As the British magazine turns its attention to the artists, cultures, collectives, and projects which sit within both creative fields, it’s beautiful to see how type has been a long part of its makeup, culture, and history. This issue of TYPEONE also examines how innovative technologies such as AR and VR are fast becoming significant influences, and how brands and artists are utilizing graffiti and mural design to engage, create and maintain connections with their communities. Contributors to this issue include Adam Fu, Global Street Art Agency, Brandy Swope, WERC Collective, Jelle Valk, Olav Huizer, Joachim Rümk, Mario Rueda @ Basa Studio, Bond Truluv, Dmitry Lamonov, Sarah Robbins, Sydney Prusso, Zake, Exist, Art Crimes, Appear Offline, Harkiran Kalsi, Aura Aerosole, N.O Madski, Deimos Type, Vivien Hoffman, Gaspar Muñoz, Daan Reitbergen, Vincent de Boer Fold-out front cover by Marko (Appear Offline) Designed by Studio Ground Floor (Alice Sherwin and Harry Bennett) Creative direction by Amber Weaver Edited by Zoe Loring Murphy Published by Type01 Ltd.
