In January 2025, as wildfires swept through Los Angeles and threatened our home, we realized years of collecting books had gone uncataloged. Faced with the possibility of losing everything, we started recording each book by hand. It didn't take long to see how slow and impractical that was. There had to be a better way. What started as a way to protect your library has grown into a platform to digitize, discover, and share books.
Philip Cronerud and Lisa Ziven have over 20 years of experience across advertising, design, fine art, and film. Philip is a creative director with a background in leadership roles at Apple and Visa, and is a lifelong book collector. Lisa has worked across fine art, press, and film, with experience in operations, producing, and photo research, and focuses on visual storytelling and the power of physical objects to connect people through narrative and design.
