Alan Frank

Alan Clifford Frank (1910–1994) was an English musician, composer, and clarinetist. He served as the head of the Oxford University Press Music Department from 1954 until 1975. Throughout his career, he was a prominent figure in music publishing and was married to the composer Phyllis Tate.
