Albert Uderzo

Albert Uderzo (1927–2020) was a French comic book artist, writer, and illustrator. He is best known as the co-creator and illustrator of the Astérix series, a project he developed in collaboration with René Goscinny. Throughout his career, he also worked on other comic titles such as Oumpah-pah before retiring in September 2011.
