Alex Garland
Alexander Medawar Garland is an English author and filmmaker born in 1970. He gained international recognition for his 1996 novel The Beach before establishing a career as a screenwriter and director. His extensive credits include writing the films 28 Days Later, Sunshine, and Never Let Me Go, as well as contributing to video games such as Enslaved: Odyssey to the West and DmC: Devil May Cry.
