Liz Johnson Artur

Liz Johnson Artur is a London-based Ghanaian-Russian photographer whose work documents the experiences of the African Diaspora. Her practice spans photojournalism and editorial photography for international magazines and record labels, alongside an independent artistic career. Her 2016 monograph, published by Bierke Verlag, was recognized as one of the best photo books of the year by The New York Times.
