Bill Nye

William Sanford Nye is an American science communicator, television presenter, and former mechanical engineer. Born in 1955, he began his career at Boeing before transitioning into comedy and science education. He is best known as the host of the television series Bill Nye the Science Guy, which aired from 1993 to 1998, and for his ongoing work as a science educator in popular culture.
