Charles M. Schulz

Charles Monroe Schulz (1922–2000) was an American cartoonist best known for creating the long-running comic strip Peanuts, which introduced iconic characters such as Charlie Brown and Snoopy. Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Schulz pursued his lifelong interest in illustration from a young age.
