Charles Wolfe
Charles Wolfe (1791–1823) was an Irish poet and priest. He is primarily remembered for his poem, The Burial of Sir John Moore after Corunna, which gained significant recognition in 19th-century poetry anthologies. His work remains his most notable contribution to literature.
