Christopher P. Baker

Christopher John Baker is a British writer based in Bangkok for over three decades. He has co-authored several notable works on Thai history and politics with Dr. Pasuk Phongpaichit, including A History of Thailand and Thaksin: The Business of Politics in Thailand. Additionally, he served as the principal writer for the 2007 United Nations Development Programme's Thailand Human Development Report.
