Corita Kent

Corita Kent was an American artist, designer, and educator who was also known as Sister Mary Corita Kent. A former religious sister, she taught at Immaculate Heart College and focused her work on themes of Christianity and social justice. Her diverse practice included painting, printmaking, and graphic design, contributing significantly to the pop art movement.
