Francis Kere

Diébédo Francis Kéré is a Burkinabé-German architect known for his sustainable and collaborative approach to design. Educated at the Technische Universität Berlin, he founded Kéré Architecture in 2005. His work has received international recognition, including the Aga Khan Award for Architecture and the Pritzker Architecture Prize, which he was awarded in 2022 as the first native African recipient.
