Francisco Goya

Francisco José de Goya y Lucientes was a Spanish romantic painter and printmaker active during the late 18th and early 19th centuries. His extensive body of work, including paintings, drawings, and engravings, documented historical upheavals and influenced generations of artists. Often described as both the last of the Old Masters and the first of the moderns, he remains a central figure in the history of Western art.
