Giovanni Anselmo

Giovanni Anselmo was an Italian artist born in 1934 who became a prominent figure in the Arte Povera movement following World War II. His practice encompassed diverse roles, including sculptor, conceptual artist, and photographer. He is perhaps best known for his 1968 work Untitled, which explores the intersection of time and nature. Anselmo passed away in 2023.
