Jeanine Griffin

Jasper Griffin (1937–2019) was a British classicist and academic who specialized in classical literature and philology. He served as the Public Orator and Professor of Classical Literature at the University of Oxford from 1992 until 2004. Throughout his career, he was a dedicated university teacher and a prominent figure in the field of classical studies.
