Hans Toch

Hans Herbert Toch (1930–2021) was an American social psychologist and criminologist. He served as a Distinguished Professor Emeritus at the University at Albany, SUNY. A fellow of the American Psychological Association and the American Society of Criminology, Toch was recognized with the 2001 August Vollmer Award and the 2005 Prix DeGreff Award for his contributions to the field.
