Harold Koh
Harold Hongju Koh is an American lawyer, diplomat, and legal scholar who has taught at Yale Law School since 1985. He served as the law school's 15th Dean and held senior positions in the U.S. Department of State under the Clinton and Obama administrations. A prolific author, Koh has published more than ten books focusing on international law, the U.S. Constitution, and international relations.
