How Long 'Til

How Long 'til Black Future Month? is a 2018 collection of science fiction and fantasy short stories by American novelist N. K. Jemisin. Published by Orbit Books, the volume includes 22 stories written between 2004 and 2017, four of which were previously unpublished. The collection takes its title from a 2013 essay by the author, and several included stories served as the basis for Jemisin’s later full-length novels, including The Fifth Season and The City We Became.
