Isidore Lucien Ducasse
Isidore Lucien Ducasse, known by the pseudonym Comte de Lautréamont, was an Uruguayan-born French poet. His only published works, Les Chants de Maldoror and Poésies, exerted a significant influence on modern literature, particularly among the Surrealist and Situationist movements. Ducasse died in 1870 at the age of 24.
