James E. Rogan

James Edward Rogan is an American adjunct law professor and author who served as a judge of the Orange County Superior Court from 2006 to 2023. A member of the Republican Party, he served as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from 1997 to 2001. He also served as a member of the California State Assembly from 1994 to 1996.
