James Stevenson

James Stevenson (1929–2017) was an American illustrator and author who published over 100 children's books. Known for a distinct comic book style, his work frequently appeared in The New Yorker magazine. His notable titles include What's Under My Bed, which was featured on the television series Reading Rainbow.
