James White

James White was a Northern Irish science fiction author born in Belfast. After spending his early years in Canada, he returned to Belfast and worked for Short Brothers Ltd. from 1965 until his retirement in 1984. He married Margaret Sarah Martin in 1955, and the couple had three children before his death in 1999.
