John Hutchinson

John Hutchinson was a British illustrator born in Spennithorpe, Yorkshire. Beyond his artistic work, he was a lay writer associated with the theology known as the Hutchinsonians. He also invented a chronometer motion, an achievement for which he is occasionally confused with the clockmaker John Harrison.
