John P. Clark

John P. Clark is an American philosopher, social theorist, and environmental activist. He is Professor Emeritus of Philosophy at Loyola University New Orleans and currently serves as the director of the La Terre Institute for Ecology and Community. An author and editor of numerous works, he also writes under the pen name Max Cafard, focusing his research on social theory, environmental ethics, and philosophy.
