Joseph Bastianich
Joseph Bastianich is an American restaurateur, author, musician, and television personality born in 1968. Alongside his mother and business partner Lidia Bastianich, he co-owns thirty restaurants across four countries, including Osteria Mozza. In 2010, he partnered with Oscar Farinetti to expand the upscale food and wine market Eataly to multiple international cities, including New York, Chicago, and Stockholm.
