Joseph Monninger

Joseph Monninger was an American fiction writer and Professor of English at Plymouth State University. A former Peace Corps volunteer, he resided in Warren, New Hampshire, throughout his career. He was a two-time recipient of National Endowment for the Arts fellowships and dedicated his professional life to both literature and higher education.
