He is the author of New York Times and National Bestselling memoirs and has contributed articles to publications including NPR, the Huffington Post, and AdWeek. Alongside his husband, Brent Ridge, he appeared on the reality series The Fabulous Beekman Boys and won the 21st season of The Amazing Race.
