Kamala Harris is an American politician, attorney, and former Vice President of the United States, serving from 2021 to 2025. Of Indian and Jamaican descent, she previously represented California in the U.S. Senate and served as the state's attorney general. As a member of the Democratic Party, she holds the distinction of being the first female, first African American, and first Asian American vice president in U.S. history.
