Katherine Franke

Katherine Franke is an American legal scholar specializing in law, racial justice, and African American history. She serves as the Sulzbacher Professor of Law, Gender and Sexuality Studies at Columbia University and chairs the board of trustees for the Center for Constitutional Rights. Her published works include the book Wedlocked: The Perils of Marriage Equality.
