Lan Samantha Chang

Lan Samantha Chang is an American novelist and short story writer whose work explores Chinese American and Taiwanese American experiences. She is the author of the novel The Family Chao and the short story collection Hunger. Her writing has been recognized with the Anisfield-Wolf Book Award, the Berlin Prize, the PEN Open Book Award, and the Rona Jaffe Foundation Writers' Award.
