Laurence King

Laurence Edward King (1907–1981) was a British ecclesiastical architect known for his significant contributions to post-war church design. He oversaw the reconstruction of the Church of St Mary-le-Bow and the expansion of Blackburn Cathedral. His modernist works, including St Mary, South Ruislip and St Nicholas, Fleetwood, are recognized by Historic England for their architectural and liturgical significance.
