Lisa E. Farrington

Lisa E. Farrington is an American art historian specializing in African-American, Haitian, and women's art. A Distinguished Professor at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice, she is recognized as a leading scholar on Faith Ringgold. She is the author of several books on African-American art and is one of only six full professors of African-American art history in the United States.
