Louis Michael Seidman
Louis Michael Seidman is an American legal philosopher and the Carmack Waterhouse Professor of Constitutional Law at Georgetown University Law Center. A prominent figure in the critical legal studies movement, he focuses his scholarship on constitutional and criminal law. His 2012 book, On Constitutional Disobedience, examines the limitations of political arguments that rely strictly on constitutional obligation.
