Lucien Febvre

Lucien Paul Victor Febvre was a French historian who lived from 1878 to 1956. He is best known for his foundational role in establishing the Annales School of history. Additionally, he served as the initial editor of the Encyclopédie française alongside Anatole de Monzie.
