Michael P. Johnson

Michael P. Johnson is an American sociologist and Emeritus Professor of Sociology, Women’s Studies, and African and African American Studies at Penn State. Over a career spanning more than thirty years, he was designated an Alumni Teaching Fellow. He is an internationally recognized expert on domestic violence, frequently invited to speak at academic institutions and conferences across the globe.
