R.A. Foakes

Reginald A. Foakes was an English author and Shakespeare scholar who published works on Shakespeare and the Romantic poets. He served as Professor Emeritus in the department of English literature at UCLA and helped found the Shakespeare Institute in Stratford-upon-Avon. Additionally, he edited numerous plays for the Arden and New Cambridge editions of Shakespeare's works.
