Richard Scarry

Richard Scarry was an American author and illustrator who published over 300 books, achieving worldwide sales of more than 100 million copies. He is best known for his Best Ever series, which features the fictional town of Busytown and its cast of animal characters such as Huckle Cat and Lowly Worm. His extensive body of work in children's literature eventually inspired a successful media franchise.
