Robb Walsh

Robb Walsh is an American food writer, cookbook author, and former restaurant owner. His career includes roles as a restaurant critic for the Houston Press, editor-in-chief of Chile Pepper Magazine, and a commentator for NPR. A three-time James Beard Award winner, he currently contributes to publications including Houstonia and Texas Highways while splitting his time between Ireland and Texas.
