Sara Ishikawa

Sara Ishikawa is an American architect and academic who specializes in the study of people-space relationships. She serves as a professor emerita at the University of California, Berkeley, College of Environmental Design. Her notable publications include A Pattern Language, The Oregon Experiment, and Houses Generated By Patterns.
