Stan VanDerBeek
Stan VanDerBeek was an American independent animator, experimental filmmaker, and art theoretician. He was recognized for his collage works and his pioneering use of digital computers as a creative medium. He is also known for creating the Movie Drome, a geodesic dome theater where he projected a mix of 16mm films, 35mm slides, video, and digital animations.
