Stephen Berg

Stephen Walter Berg was an American poet, editor, translator, and educator who authored over thirty books of poetry, prose, and translations. In 1972, he founded the Philadelphia-based bimonthly magazine The American Poetry Review. He served as the publication's editor throughout his career and also edited eight poetry anthologies.
