Susan Benjamin

Susan Benjamin is an American historian who has spent nearly 40 years researching the cultural and political history of food. A former college professor and communications strategist, she served in a White House initiative under two administrations. She is the founder of True Treats and has authored nine books on food history, in addition to publishing work in various legal journals and newspapers.
