Tiphanie Yanique

Tiphanie Yanique is a Caribbean American novelist, poet, and essayist originally from Saint Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Born in 1978, she was named a 5 Under 35 honoree by the National Book Foundation in 2010. She currently resides in New York and teaches creative writing at Emory University.
