Tom Toles

Thomas Gregory Toles is a retired American political cartoonist known for his progressive editorial work. He was awarded the 1990 Pulitzer Prize for editorial cartooning. In his strips, Toles frequently included a small caricature of himself at his desk in the margin, a signature stylistic element similar to the work of Pat Oliphant.
