Vico Magistretti
Vico Magistretti was an Italian architect, industrial designer, and academic. A collaborator of Ernesto Nathan Rogers, he began his career with the design of a church in the Milan neighborhood of QT8. Throughout his career, he created mass-produced furniture and appliances for companies including Cassina, Artemide, and Oluce. His work was recognized with several honors, including the Compasso d'Oro and the 1986 Minerva Medal.
