Woodrow Wilson

Woodrow Wilson served as the 28th president of the United States from 1913 to 1921. As the only Democrat in office during the Progressive Era, he implemented significant economic reforms and guided the nation through World War I. A political scientist and jurist by background, Wilson was also the primary architect of the League of Nations and a proponent of the foreign policy approach known as Wilsonian idealism.
